What did our family do to celebrate the first day of March you ask? Well, we flied kites of course! Each of the kids were able to pick out their own kite at the dollar store and then we waited until Daddy came home from work to fly them. We all had so much fun! One child would fly the kite, while the other ones would try to catch it if it came down far enough. We had a blast. Although all three kites ended up braking before the night was over. So I got instruction from Adam to buy a nicer kite that is more expensive and that will last. I told him that if we did that, we could only buy one kite and it would have to be a family kite.
